Diversity Charter
We want to work together to integrate diversity into everyday working life and anchor it lastingly at OGE. We’ve committed to this aspiration as a signatory of the Diversity Charter, Germany’s largest employer initiative for promoting diversity in the world of work.
women@OGE
Back in 2017 we founded women@OGE, a network that now brings together more than 140 women from across the OGE Group. Through this network we offer all female colleagues a platform to connect and exchange experiences, support the development of women at OGE and strengthen diversity within the company.

OGE is as colourful as the stories of our employees. Under the hashtag #ichbinOGE employees at OGE share their personal stories about diversity and reveal why they feel comfortable at OGE.
