ETIS – European TSO Innovation Summit

Developing innovative solutions for sustainable and future-proof infrastructures.

One step closer to the European Energy Transition.
Insightful. Inventful. Impactful.

Be at our first ETIS on September 15, 2022. We look forward to talking to you.

Our Mission

All European TSOs operate the central infrastructures of our energy and thus economic systems. Together, it is our responsibility to proactively future-proof them at an early stage and ensure their sustainability.

With ETIS, we contribute to an international innovation ecosystem to foster this development and offer a central contact point and exchange platform.

Our Vision

Current political developments have shown us that disruptions of existing orders are possible at any time. Especially in the energy industry we are shaping a fundamental transformation of our energy systems away from fossil fuels towards renewable energy sources. In order to be able to always distribute and store these energies safely and reliably, we need modern, inter-connected and sustainable transport and storage infrastructures.

Together with other infrastructure operators in Europe, we want to use ETIS to create a platform for the joint development of innovative solutions in this context.

One step closer to the European Energy Transition: Developing innovative solutions for sustainable and future-proof infrastructures.

Insightful. Inventful. Impactful.

Our Goals

Connecting innovators

Interdisciplinary & international network for a successful energy transformation.

That's why we want to connect innovation teams, free spirits and bold developers within European TSOs. This is how we create a community of like-minded people with a common goal: the development of a sustainable and future-proof infrastructure.

Sharing best practices

Added value for all through exchange forums.

In our Summits, we regularly provide insights into the daily work of our innovators, enabling the exchange of everyday experiences, success stories and educational tragedies.

Deriving joint initiatives

The whole should always be more than the sum of its parts.

We identify common issues and challenges in order to derive joint initiatives. Based on these we develop innovative projects on a cross-border and European level.
