Publication of network areas with a higher probability of a market area change

As of October 31 of each year, transmission system network operators are obligated to publish the network areas for which a higher probability of a market area change or adjustment exists (Sec. 5 (7) of the Cooperation Agreement). This could apply to the following network area: Oberhessengas Netz GmbH, Stadtwerke Lengerich GmbH. The publication includes network areas for which there is an increased probability of a market area change or adjustment by 2022. Due to the amendment of the Gas Network Access Ordinance (GasNZV), the two German market areas will be merged by April 2022 at the latest. In the event of new material findings, there will be an update for independently of the deadline mentioned.
