
Shipper Registration
Becoming an OGE shipper? The faster the better.
If you wish to become an OGE Shipper then you need to complete the Registration Process outlined here.
Initial Shipper registration
1. PRISMA Registration
You must first apply for access to the online booking platform via the PRISMA capacity platform. The following information is required:
- Your Energy Identification Code (EIC) – More info on EIC codes here
- Your DVGW code in the role of transport customer
For bookings at grid connection points: also the DVGW code in the role of capacity user - General company and contact details, as well as user data for the initial registration
- Selection and assignment of OGE as your Transmission System Operator (TSO)
- Confirmation of the General Terms and Conditions
Once you have assigned OGE as your TSO on PRISMA, you’ll need to complete and submit the OGE registration form. This form is available for download on the PRISMA platform.

2. Registration form
The registration form must include the following information:
- General company details
- User data for initial access
- Information about the balancing group manager, including relevant balancing group details
- Email addresses to be used for electronic invoicing
- If you supply end consumers via our network, the DVGW code in the role of capacity user
Please make sure this is also entered in PRISMA (if not already done) - Signature of an authorized representative – can also be done electronically (e.g. via DocuSign)
- Proof of authorization to represent the company (e.g. current extract from the commercial register)
- Audited annual financial statements from the past three financial years

3. Review and Activation
Once we’ve received your completed registration form, we’ll take the following steps:
- Perform a credit check and request a security deposit if necessary
- Activate your access for primary and secondary capacity marketing
Confirm your registration via PRISMA - Activate your account in our contract management system (VMS)
Send your login credentials for the VMS
If you also take on the role of Balancing Group Manager (BKV) in addition to being a transport customer, and you’ve provided us with the relevant information, you will receive access to our Nomination Portal (NMP) as well. Access details will be sent separately to the "Central Dispatching" contact listed in PRISMA.
4. Gas Industry Communication
When booking capacity at border crossing or storage points, we offer two options for industry-standard communication:
Option 1: AS4 Connection (ENTSOG-AS4 Format)

Option 2: Nomination Portal Access
- If you are already registered and activated on PRISMA, please email us at gastransport@oge.net
- If you require exclusive access to the nomination portal, please send the completed registration form to the same email address.
For bookings at grid connection points, gas industry communication must be set up using the BSI-AS4 format.

Additional User registration
1. Registration Form
- A PRISMA Shipper Admin must first request the assignment of the new user to OGE via PRISMA.
Note: The user must already be registered on PRISMA. - Once the assignment has been completed on PRISMA, we require the completed OGE User Registration Form.
The form is available for download on PRISMA via a link provided during the user assignment process.
We require:
- User information for activation
- Signatures of both the user and the Shipper Admin
- Complete the registration form and send it to: gastransport@oge.net
