Energy transition
Do you want to work on just any task or would you like to be part of something big? The energy supply of the future is a high-priority issue for the german people. Our goal is to create an infrastructure that enables all aspects of the energy transition.
People development
We go above and beyond. At OGE, our employees take on responsibility and grow through dedicated development right from the start. We offer various development opportunities so they can expand their knowledge and build their skills so they are ready for today’s and tomorrow’s challenges. Expanding one’s network is important to us so our employees can e.g. shadow others in their job to look beyond their own area of responsibility.
Social responsibility
We take responsibility, not only for our core business, but also for the society we operate it. We support various social causes with partners all around us. This includes e.g.:
- “Round it up –the last cents campaign”: The contributions made by employees are doubled by the company and donated each year to various charitable projects proposed by employees.
- „Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award“: OGE supports the educational program for young people with 24,000 Euros annually
- “Christmas parcels for next door and wishing trees for underprivileged children”: Every year around Christmas, we organize fundraising campaigns for communities in need.
