Hydrogen projects

Central European Hydrogen Corridor

Gas companies present the Central European Hydrogen Corridor. Four leading Central European gas infrastructure companies have joined forces to develop a hydrogen highway through Central Europe.

H2-Cluster Salzbergen

H&R, Westfalen, ISP, Pludra, and OGE plan the expansion of the hydrogen network to Salzbergen. The connection to the GetH2 Nukleus network is planned for 2026.

H2Energy and OGE Cooperation

200 Hydrogen Refuelling Stations to be commissioned until 2026. Therefore H2Energy will produce green hydrogen from offshore windfarms and OGE will transport the hydrogen to centralized offtake hubs in Germany. The last mile will be carried out by trailer.

hybridge (rests)

Amprion and OGE are pushing ahead with their power-to-gas project "hybridge". With the "hybridge" project, Amprion and Open Grid Europe (OGE) are ready to launch sector coupling at system level in Germany. 

HyDeal Ambition

Europe-wide green hydrogen. 30 energy players plan to build an integrated value chain to offer green hydrogen at the price of fossil fuels across Europe.

HyStorage

In partnership with Uniper, the hydrogen suitability of pore storage facilities in the south of Germany is to be investigated.

IVECO/Nikola

Nikola, IVECO and OGE plan to accelerate the expansion of the hydrogen infrastructure and the construction of hydrogen filling stations. The cooperation is intended to enable economical hydrogen transport from production sites to storage and filling station locations in Germany for the industry.

WH2 Connect

Wilhelmshaven can become a hub for the German and European hydrogen economy. The aim is to link the import, production, storage, transport and consumption of hydrogen in Wilhelmshaven with a connection to Europe.
