Network tariffs for Trading Hub Europe published

Uniform postage stamp tariffs determined for the new Trading Hub Europe (THE) market area from 1 January 2022

On 1 October 2021, the new joint Trading Hub Europe (THE) market area will start trading with a uniform tariff which has been determined in accordance with the Federal Network Agency’s REGENT 2021 decision.

On 27 May 2021, Open Grid Europe (OGE) published its network tariffs applicable from 1 January 2022. The annual tariff for fixed, freely allocable entry and exit capacity has been set at € 3,51 EUR/(kWh/h)/a.

Compared to the 4th quarter of 2021, in which the uniform tariff will be applied for the first time, the 2022 tariff for firm freely allocable entry and exit capacities in the new THE market area will be around 7,6 percent lower.
